Project Management

Controlling/ managing/ executing of every detail of the project. We would serve as the primary agent for the project, responsible for assembling all team members and managing the project from inception to occupancy

Assistance with regards to budgeting, value-engineering, etc.

Delivering a project based on the client’s scope of work and preliminary space plan
