For the project that you do not have the time, experience or resources to handle, we will coordinate and control all aspects of the job through our Project Management Services.

Over the past twenty-eight years, we have worked with a number of outstanding Designers, Architects and Engineers and become familiar with their way of working and their various specialties. To ensure a seamless project, we would:

assess and evaluate your needs
approach the firm(s) best suited to your project
initiate a design reflecting your requirements, budget and design objectives
consult with you to consider alternate specifications that may result in lower costs

The Project Manager would work closely with you, the consultant and engineers to assist in determining the project objectives/ design and to oversee construction.

In addition to design and construction, we would also attend to any furniture, leasing, relocation and move issues. This includes the hiring of the movers, supervision of the move and making sure that your facilities are ready for your staff when they show up for work. We will also ensure that you and your staff are familiar with the operation of any new equipment and will assist in setting up programs for the maintenance of your equipment/ machinery as required.
