We have been fortunate to have the same group of key people within our organization for quite some time. All share our founder’s belief in customer service. Our key personnel are as follows:

President: Rick Clarke (16 years)

Rick is an Architectural Technology graduate with experience as an Estimator, Design/ Construction Liaison and Site Manager. He oversees Richway's projects, bringing his considerable knowledge of construction, management and administration to bear on every job.

Vice President: Rob Vrbnjak (15 years)

Rob started his training in the construction industry with our firm as a journeyman drywall installer and carpenter. As Vice President, Rob continues to manage specific projects as well as consult with the Team with regards to company direction, policies and improvements.

Contracts Administrator: W.K. Yan (21 years)

Yan, as he likes to be called, has a solid construction background, having spent 15 years estimating high-rise projects in Hong Kong. All drawings and specifications are routed through him to the various sub-trades and suppliers. Yan is a meticulous administrator whose calm demeanor echoes Richway’s attitude towards efficiency and respect.

Senior Site Manager: Tony Zupancic (32 years)

Tony began with us as a journeyman carpenter, learning our business from the ground up. Today, his primary objective is to see to it that each project runs as smoothly as possible. He travels from site to site ensuring that schedules are met, manpower and materials are used efficiently, procedures are followed, and safety guidelines are adhered to.
